my neighbor gains access to every account I get, take all precautions 2 verifaction boi metrics it doesn't matter. It gets worse than that he gets all my emails and phone calls to fourth are intercepted by him total control. He stole 4 phones so he has phone numbers that were mine and the Wi-Fi signals that I can see from my apartment are mine, he populates it with from 10 to 17 wifi accounts with different names but went to investigate I found out they were from 1 account my IP address what can I do please help
