Since i have my new laptop, i do not get twitter videos, bbc news working. Youtube and vimeo does work! Guess its about html5? Have checked mediasource and javascript settings in about:config and they are okay. Do not have this problem in brave browser.

Thank you James, FFmpeg was installed, but got the idea use the pacman repository and upgrade ffmpeg and all codecs to their latest versions and now it all works.

One package that is essential and may not get installed on a new Linux distro install is FFmpeg as the user needs to make sure it is installed during or after OS install.

Not sure what Linux distro you have however a search in say your package manager will likely have FFmpeg if you have appropriate software repositories selected for example.

Then you will be able to fully use the HTML5 players for video, audio and games.
