locked out of fire fox
I recently lost power and had to reinstall most apps ,thunder bird not been set up yet. when i tried to set up fire fox it said i was locked out because the code sent to my email couldn't find my email address does this mean i have to use a different browser? From what i have read ,i need to enter a new email address ,which i don't have. thanks

You don't need a code or log onto anything to use Firefox. When does that message show up?
I can use firefox .When i try to logon sync,to get my bookmarks and passwords back i get this (The confirmation email we sent to everguson@zoominternet.net was returned and we’ve locked your account to protect your Firefox data.)as i said previously i didn't have Thunderbird set up yet so the message with the code was returned. Please wait for 24 hours and then request that your verification mail be sent again.

Hopefully, you will receive the confirmation code then and you'll be able to log in to your account.
