Open the file browser / explorer on your computer. Note: You may have to enable Show Hidden Folders / Files. Enter this in the address bar;

Windows: %APPDATA%\Mozilla\Firefox\Crash Reports\submitted Win 7/Vista: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Crash Reports\submitted Win XP/2000: C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Crash Reports\submitted Win 10: Press <Windows> + R on the keyboard. A Run dialog will open. In the Run dialog, type %APPDATA%\Mozilla\Firefox\Crash Reports\submitted <Enter>

Mac OS: /Users/<username>/Library/Application Support/Firefox/Crash Reports/submitted Linux: /home/<username>/.mozilla/firefox/Crash Reports/submitted

Copy the most Recent 5-7 File Names in the folder. Press the Reply button. Now go to the reply box and paste them in.

thanks for your reply. I checked the folder. But there is no folder like "submitted" or "pending". The folder has only 1 underfolder with the name "events". This folder is empty as well...,

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

What i tried now is to deactivate the hardware-"boost" (via gpo) and delete the mozilla folder from %appdata%\roaming\ After 3 reboots the firefox still works..., I test it now with logoff/reboot and will give you more Infos about.

Hello its me again, after using the firefox for like 3 hours the problem is back. Now I really have no idea anymore. I dont get any crashreports and the firefox dont work in safe mode. Reinstall dont work...,

I called for more help.

Something is wrong with this files. If i delete this files it works for like 1 hour. Then i close the browser and try to open it again -> crash!
