Hello Good Folks...
I'm Big Fan of my Bookmarks, but, I have a strange issue.. FF won't allow me to save a Bookmark *outside* the framed window?? Any ideas how I can fix this?
(I've looked around in the 'Search SUPPORT' area for a good while, ... but didn't find anything that really related to this particular issue.)
Thanks for any help !! ;~)

Please provide the steps to replicate your issue.
Can you clarify what you mean with *outside* the framed window ?
What I mean by outside the 'framed window', is... Everything you can 'touch' (click on), is the user-interface.. is inside a 'Window',... unless that window (or a video, a picture, or whatnot) is triggered to 'Full-Screen'. What I'm saying is, while I'm in, or using a browser window (and it does not matter what site I'm at), I cannot reach-up (click on) the 'Lock' in the URL address bar, and pull it to my desktop, creating a bookmark/shortcut onto my desktop. This has always been a standard, normal function. It worked as normal a some months ago, then it stopped working for some reason. Then, recently it started working again, and I appreciated that someone had found it, and fixed it in an update. Then later again, I can't say when, but, I'd noticed that it had stopped again. I was wondering what could be causing this, and if anyone else was experiencing it..?
Installed in my Win7 OS I also have IE (least favorite and least used), Brave, the CCleaner Browser, and of course, Google Chrome, and Canary, ..... I do not have this issue in any other browser. ......
I prefer FF.
I am able to drag the lock icon and make shortcuts in Win7. see screenshot
