Cloud tabs not working

When I try to use cloud tabs it shows only Firefox Sync greetings with button. It leads me to sync options. All is already configured and I can see date of last sync. Sending tabs works, hystory sync works, only cloud tabs don't work. Also I can't see tabs from this device on my other devices.

I have done some research and it seems that Cloud Tabs is an add-on to Firefox.

Add-ons are devloepd and supported by a community of independent developers. I recommend that you contact the developer of this add-on through the support link on the page that you downloaded the add-on from for help with this issue.

Sorry I was not clear enough. It's not an addon. May be not "Cloud tabs", may be "Cloud devices". I'm using russian version of firefox and I don't know what is official name of this function. I added screenshots to clarify problem.
