All webpages blank
Any time I try and look anything up, it looks like its loading, and the page stays completely white. I restored my entire system so I know it doesnt have anything to do with my computer. It was working fine a few days ago, and I changed nothing about my computer except loading a restore point

Hi Sukoko, your question posted under Android, but it sounds like the problem is on Windows. What version of Windows are you running?
Could you describe the starting point, for example:
- You type something in the address bar and submit that for a search, and get a blank page
- You click a link or button on your home page and get a blank page
- You use a bookmark and get a blank page
- Something else
- All of the above
Also, have you seen any new error messages?
Sometimes a Windows system restore can corrupt Firefox settings files, so we may ask you to do some tests or use the Refresh feature, but before starting down that road, it would be great to learn more about what's going wrong.
I'm using windows 10 and I'm having problems with all the the above
Try to start Firefox in Safe Mode to see if that works.
- Windows: hold down the Shift key while starting Firefox
- Mac: hold down the Options key while starting Firefox
It is possible that your firewall or other security software blocks or restricts Firefox without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox application. Remove all rules for Firefox from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full, unrestricted, access for Firefox and the plugin-container process and the updater process.
See:
I'm not sure if the firewall is blocking it. It seems like its loading a webpage, but I've left it for hours and it doesnt load. It is connected to the internet for sure, so I'm still quite lost. Also a crash report pops up if that helps any

Is it the Mozilla Crash Reporter -- a separate box that shows when all Firefox windows close? Your Firefox may have logged some data that would help track down the cause of the problem. You can submit that data to Mozilla and share it with forum volunteers to see whether it points to the solution. Please check the support article "Firefox crashes - asking for support" for steps to get those crash report IDs from the about:crashes page, and then post some of the recent ones here.
It is the Mozilla crash reporter. I followed your advice and went to about:crashes, but I'm unable to submit any crash reports, its the same where it looks like its submitting but is just not working. I do have some crash report ids though 329bdf53-acea-4c90-979d-e7ba18cea273 39730192-a8e6-4bae-8fcd-2c5d9ffb100 cc9d8bf8-2cf2-4454-b4e0-9c9abf074ee7 B596f699-4b00-4757-9d79-2bbac99793b1
Only crash reports that have been submitted and have a "bp-" prefix are useful and can be inspected on the Mozilla crash server (Socorro).
If crash reports can't be submitting as well then you should check your security software and maybe also power the router off/on in case the problem is there.
Hmm, you need the number that shows up after it is submitted.
Was there any difference in Firefox's safe mode compared with normal?
Could you try:
New Profile Test
This takes about 3 minutes, plus the time to test some searches. Throughout this process, don't delete anything. You may want to keep this response open in a different browser or mail program for reference.
Inside Firefox, type or paste about:profiles in the address bar and press Enter/Return to load it.
Click the Create a New Profile button, then click Next. Assign a name like April2019, ignore the option to relocate the profile folder, and click the Finish button.
After creating the profile, scroll down to it and click the Set as default profile button below that profile, then scroll back up and click the Restart normally button. (There are some other buttons, but please ignore them.)
Firefox should exit and then start up using the new profile, which will just look brand new. Please ignore any tabs enticing you to connect to a Sync account or to activate extensions found on your system so we can get a clean test.
Do searches work any better in the new profile? You might need to change your search setting if you don't prefer the default. See: Change your default search settings in Firefox.
When you are done with the experiment, open the about:profiles page again, click the Set as default profile button for your normal profile, then click the Restart normally button to get back to it.
I've already checked my router and my firewall. I also just tried out the profile fix and it didnt work. Cant help but feel something is very wrong
Do a clean reinstall of the current Firefox release and delete the Firefox program folder before installing a fresh copy of the current Firefox release.
- download the Firefox installer and save the file to the desktop
*https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/
If possible uninstall your current Firefox version to cleanup the Windows Registry and settings in security software.
- do NOT remove "personal data" when you uninstall the current Firefox version, because this will remove all profile folders and you lose personal data like bookmarks and passwords including data in profiles created by other Firefox versions
Remove the Firefox program folder before installing that newly downloaded copy of the Firefox installer.
- (64-bit Firefox) "C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\"
- (32-bit Firefox) "C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\"
- it is important to delete the Firefox program folder to remove all the files and make sure there are no problems with files that were leftover after uninstalling
- http://kb.mozillazine.org/Uninstalling_Firefox
Your personal data like bookmarks is stored in the Firefox profile folder, so you won't lose personal data when you reinstall or update Firefox, but make sure NOT to remove personal data when you uninstall Firefox as that will remove all Firefox profile folders and you lose your personal data.
If you keep having problems then you can create a new profile to test if your current profile is causing the problem.
