Hi I've been a happy Firefox user for many years now. For no obvious reason, the ebay signin page stopped working yesterday, 26 March 2019, when using Firefox. It also doesn't work on Windows Explorer. But I have just downloaded Chrome (on ebay customer service advice) and found that the ebay signin page works fine on Chrome. I don't want to have to use Chrome - it is a product of the Evil Empire which works to enslave humanity. Please, please would you harness the mighty power of the Mozilla Monster to stamp on whatever vile bug the Ebay/Google Evil Empire have just created? Trusting in the Mighty Mozilla, and with many thanks, RWaddington

If there is still a problem, Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Did this help?

While you are in safe mode;

Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration in Firefox. Since this feature was added to Firefox it has gradually improved but there are still a few glitches.

The eBay sign-in page stopped working yesterday, 26 March 2019, when using Firefox... works fine on Chrome.

Check your Content Blocking settings and any Extensions that do Script-Blocking (ads).

To see if any Extension might be doing this, go to Help and Restart With Add-ons Disabled. It's probably a Cookie thing in the Content Blocking area in Options > Privacy & Security.
