So I have a Note 9 and for some reason out of no where my screen will go white and lag a bit. When I manage to get the app tabs open it opens for a second and I see that it's the crash report and it goes back to a white screen. It takes several seconds of fighting by opening other apps for the crash report to magically disappear. Anyone know how to fix this issue?

Do you have any crash reports from the problem? Type about:crashes in the address bar and copy & paste some of the recent urls from that page to this fourm.
