ebay login details disappear after showing briefly. Firefox 62.0.2
I've saved the username and password for ebay, when I open the page my user name and password appear for about a second then disappear. If I click on the username box the details come back, although If I accidently click on login before I do that the password no longer appears, even refreshing the page doesn't work. I'm tired of the way websites never work properly. I really am.

Hi, hold down the Shift key when you start Firefox to start in Safe Mode. More - Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode.
If it works in Safe Mode, disable any theme or extensions you have - 3-bar menu > Add-ons > Themes/Extensions and restart Firefox; then if it's OK, re-enable them one by one until you find the culprit. You may need to restart Firefox after enabling some extensions.

Do you use a bookmark or are you starting with the main (home) page of this website?
If you use a bookmark then navigate to the web page starting with the main page or the sign in page in case there is a problem with this bookmark.
No, it isn't a bookmark problem as it only started happening recently. Like I say I'll open Firefox, click on the ebay link, the log in page appears, my user name and password are there but disappear like magic after a second or two, no other page does that.
I would say for now avoid using firefox for ebay as it has in the past had some issues where certain text or images weren't properly seen. So unless that is changed I use Chrome for ebay currently.
