I deleted pu.lolo.systemcheckup and now junk messages don't go automatically to junk. I have to move them.

re :One says Mail. when I click on it it says Local Folders and another that says mail.ftc-i.net.
So there is only the one pop mail account in that 'Mail' folder. If that is correct then all is as it should be.
Check the Config files: In Thunderbird
- 'Menu icon' > 'Options' > 'Options' > 'Advanced' > 'General ' tab
- click on 'config editor' button
it will tell you to be careful :)
In top search type: .name look for lines like these:
etc
How many do you see ? In theory there should be three and one of those will have a value 'Local Folders'. the value will be the mail account name. Do you a fourth one ?
Is the pop mail account the same email address as the imap mail account?
Hate to sound so dense but where is the Menu icon?
The 'menu icon' is on the 'Mail toolbar' toolbar. It has three horizontal lines which is an icon frequently used on many webpages and programs to mean this is access to a menu.
In Thunderbird, by default, it is on the far right side, but I found this not intuitive as I read left to right, so I manually dragged it over to the far left. See image.
