The back up always stops at some point. I have deleted a file that I thought could be a problem but it didn't help. I am not computer savvy. I was told that possibly the anti-malware software could be the problem but I don't want to delete it every time it's time to back up. The anti-malware was put on my computer because viruses were getting on my computer.
