I cannot access many https sites
One good example is a site i trust, www.inet.se When trying to connect i get the "Secure Connection Failed" it works perfectly in google chrome Ive checked that www.inet.se ssl certificates are in order using online ssl check services, they are. I've tried a bunch of solutions, but nothing helps.

thanks, please enter about:config into the firefox address bar (confirm the info message in case it shows up) & search for the preference named security.tls.version.max - right-click and reset that entry to the default value. hopefully that should address the issue - in case it switches back on its own after a while please have a look into your extensions, maybe one of it is tampering with this setting...

Experimental Features
More info: I have several computers here (on the same network) that acts exactly the same way (they are using firefox sync). I have tried doing a firefox "refresh" with the same results. Interesting thing i found is that if i go to the site just when I started up firefox it works, then it stops working again

ooh, default was 3. And now of course it works! thanks a bunch!
on a tangent: pretty sure I didn't change that manually, any ideas as to how this changed?
