Why does the pocket button keep disappearing from my browser?

I have added 2 screen shots to show that I do not have the pocket add-on in the "extensions" portion of Firefox version 48.0.2. The latest version of Firefox. The first shows that the pocket button is not listed or available in the "customize toolbar" section where it is supposed to be in the latest version of Firefox. I have disabled all add-on's and restarted Firefox and still no pocket button. I reset Firefox which completely removes all customization's of Firefox and returns it to its original state and still no pocket button. I have even uninstalled and reinstalled firefox and still get the same results. Oh and YES it is offered in my region because it was there before this last update and now its GONE. Anyone have any suggestions? I have tried everything that "Firefox Help" suggests to no avail I hope some one out there can help with this.

It shows to be there and disabled. I still am unable to find it anywhere.

Hi,

The support page you posted a screenshot of, indicates that pocket has been disabled for some reason (false in the Enabled column).

I'm not sure how that might have happened, so I'll forward this onto someone that might know.

We're not quite sure what has happened here, so we are definitely thinking about it.

Do you know if you've changed any preferences in about:config that might have affected this?

Also do you know which version of Firefox you had before this? I'm wondering if something happened on upgrade.

Would you be prepared to get some logging data out of Firefox? I can provide instructions on how to do this.
