Many security people advice to use different passwords on different sites.

If a new password doesn't work, most login pages have a Forgot Password link.

Is that part of the Avast 2016 "Avast Passwords" feature in Avast? https://www.avast.com/en-us/passwords#pc

Sorry, I haven't used Avast for 6 or 7 years now and have no idea how that works, or how is interfaces with web browsers. My suggestion is to contact Avast support for help with their software.
