<p>As it is, you seem to have two separate Flash plugins installed for Firefox. That can cause issues. IMO, the best thing to do is to completely remove Flash and then reinstall the latest version.
</p><p>First, grab the Adobe uninstaller from here:

</p><p>Then download the latest Flash Plugin version from here:
Select <em>Plugin-based browsers</em> - the EXE version.
