Perform a System File Check to fix corrupted system files http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1538-sfc-scannow-command-system-file-checker.html
See if there are updates for your graphics drivers https://support.mozilla.org/kb/upgrade-graphics-drivers-use-hardware-acceleration
it says cbs.log is corrupt but it cant fix it
https://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20140130133253AAyyMIg Is it safe to delete windows file "CBS.log"
Delete that file. Then run System File Check again.
it wont let me delete it, it says the action cant be completed because the file is open in windows module installer
is there a way to force it to delete it
Copy the full address to that file, and save it.
Start your Computer in safe mode with networking. Then start Firefox. Try Safe web sites. Is the problem still there?
Starting The Computer In Safe Mode;

Now find and delete that file. Then try System File Check.
ok so deleting cbs.log dose nothing as soon as i run sfc it makes a new one and says the same thing
so is there anywhere else i can ask to get this fixed or am i just boned?
This is a hard crash to understand. Based on your May 15th crash report, it seems to occur when Firefox is using the "Windows Connect Now" (WCN) feature to join or configure a wireless network. That seems like a strange activity for Firefox to be undertaking by itself.
In case this is a problem caused by Firefox Hello, you can disable it and see whether that makes any difference:
(1) In a new tab, type or paste about:config in the address bar and press Enter. Click the button promising to be careful.
(2) In the search box above the list, type or paste loop and pause while the list is filtered
(3) Double-click the loop.enabled preference to switch it from true to false
Hello may not be relevant because this crash signature was originally reported in the bug tracking system in 2013 for Thunderbird (not Firefox).
If the code trying to make a connection is in an extension, then the crashes would not occur in Firefox's Safe Mode. I don't know whether you have tested that.
I don't think Adblock Plus is likely to be causing this problem, but for future reference just in case:
If Firefox is not running: Hold down the Shift key when starting Firefox.
If Firefox is running: You can restart Firefox in Safe Mode using either:
- "3-bar" menu button > "?" button > Restart with Add-ons Disabled
- Help menu > Restart with Add-ons Disabled
and OK the restart.
Both scenarios: A small dialog should appear. Click "Start in Safe Mode" (not Refresh).
Since you mentioned this started with the 37.0.2 update, could you try the unofficial Portable version of Firefox 37.0.1 to confirm that it doesn't have problem? I don't know how readily you can re-create it, so that might take some time...

The new crash report looks identical to the one from 37.0.2. Was that with Hello disabled?
You can try to disable SSDP.
You can try to set browser.casting.enabled to false about:config page if it is currently set to true. You can also try to set loop*.enabled prefs to false.
Do a malware check with several malware scanning programs on the Windows computer. Please scan with all programs because each program detects different malware. All these programs have free versions.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.

What other thing?
Run most or all of the listed malware scanners. Each works differently. If one program misses something, another may pick it up.
