Latest android Firefox application downloaded from google play, does not show the VPN Yes i tried all options on settings. and there is no access to about:config to change browser.ipProtection.enabled to true as it solved same problem at all Firefox for windows browsers, No access to any about:policies studies etc..

Studies is enabled at settings but no VPN there.

after reading ALL (official forum blog support and unofficial last month) pages and posts about that and did all I could.

Regional irrelevant as SAME WiFi I easily enable VPN on Firefox for windows as I explained above but again I am writing about ANDROID so all replies try to control yourself and not copy paste answers help for windows Firefox and irrelevant for android firefox.

Please only answers from experienced same issue or you manage to recreate it and solve it or if it work for your Firefox for android and you are using an older version please help.

I cannot get the free VPN to turn on. It keeps looping me back to sign in and then tells me to turn it on and then it loops back to the sign in and continues to loop

So, I'm not exactly sure what's going on. Whenever I try to turn on Firefox's built-in VPN, either it tells me I cannot connect and to try again in a few minutes, or it just does not respond at all. I know this is vague, but it's literally everything I can muster. I looked through the settings, and nothing there helped.

Why is Firefox sending me email msg's saying to try the new firefox VPN when It doesn't seem to be available to me? It's not in the upper right corner as they state and it's not in the toolbar either which they also say it's suppose to be in!

Hi, I'm in Canada and have Firefox fully updated and yet I cannot see the free VPN Icon in the upper right corner of the browser. I have checked the article on why it may not be there, but I am not a part of the studes nor enterprise issues. Furthermore I have signed out and signed back into Firefox. Any idea why I cannot access this feature?

I used the UK location to access BBC Sounds but it advised that I was out of the area (UK). I note that the URL becomes https://www.bbc.com/audio (the international alternative) in stead of https://www.bbc.com/Sounds (the domestic alternative). This prevents me from accessing the radio channels that I am seeking, namely Radios 3, 4 and 4Xtra and iPlayer.

I am trying to find and activate the free Firefox VPN offered. I had the VPN icon on my tool bar then it disappeared a couple of weeks ago....the icon is not on my toolbar.....I have searched the tools...themes...customize toolbar to no avail...I can not find it anywhere. Can you help?...I am on a PC laptop using Windows 11.. Can you help?

I was not given a VPN setup on restarting Firefox, and have no VPN icon in my toolbar. I have tried using customise toolbar, but there is no VPN icon to add back. Version 150.0, automatically opened to "What's New in Firefox 150" on starting Firefox, just without a new VPN icon. Thanks

I don't know how or why but apparently Mozilla VPN has been installed on my computer. I don't think I ever requested it as I have Express VPN and I never subscribed to it. I've attached a screenshot and I don't know what else this could mean (note: I am technologically challenged). I didn't have my Express VPN turned on at the time I took this picture.

I can't see the Firefox VPN box in my toolbar. I am sure I had it a couple of months ago, but now it seems to have disappeared. So now I am not sure if my Firefox browser is using it or not. Can anyone advise. I am still on Windows 10 supported Microsoft 360 version.
