I've recently upgraded from an a34 to an a56, both phones running the same build of Firefox, both signed into my account however the old phone can see the tabs of my laptop and the new phone, the new phone can't see anything. I'd like to be able to port the tabs over ideally.

Also of note is the tab view is totally different between the two phones in layout too.

I'm at a loss as to how I can painlessly move over the tabs.

I was thinking use clear data to free up some space for my storage, so I sync with sync 0 min ago display. I log back in, everything disappear. Little stressed. Anyway to get back my data?

Other info: Before press sync, did display sync 3 min ago, after press sync, display sync 0 min ago

Account only use on Android, doesn't sync to other device

Firefox desktop and Fennec Android are syncing everything perfectly, including tabs from Fennec in Firefeox, except for when I try to view tabs from Firefox in Fennec I get the message: "You don't have any tabs open in Fennec on your other devices".

I have tried to figure out what's causing this and have searched for answers but I can't figure it out. Could anyone suggest what the problem might be please. Appologoes if this is something obvious I've just missed.

I have tried logging out and logging back in on my android firefox. accounts.firefox.com shows it is logged in, yet I do not see my firefox on android listed in my "Tabs from other devices"/"Synced tabs", in fact, I do not see any other device tabs listed. On my android firefox, it shows that I am logged in, yet the checkmarks for choosing what I want to sync are all disabled, the sync now button can be clicked but does nothing. I have tried logging out, forced stopping firefox app, and restarting android, nothing worked.

No doubt this has been asked before but I haven't found an answer, apologies! Just got a new phone. I have well over 100 tabs open on Firefox on my old phone and want to move them over to the new one if that's possible. The phones are synced but alas that doesn't do it. Is there a way to transfer all those tabs over to the new phone without copying every single Web address the hard way?

I have a 2024 Xiaomi Redmi Pad Pro using Android. I am constantly being reminded on my tablet to 'Unlock Firefox' so I may use the saved paswords as per my Windown 11 PC. I have the correct pasword for Firefox on my PC but try as I may this does not work on my tablet! Can you assist please? Thanks. Simon.

I lost them on my Mac book laptop days after activating synch on my android phone too. Luckily i found how to restore them, but the experience made me turning it off. The way how they are synched should be much clearer.

Both the phone and tablet are current gen and both up to date. I do not have the computer anymore as it was left behind when my child and myself escaped a domestic abuse household permanently. I was not about to haul a computer on a last minute escape. I changed passwords, etc. Keep getting "something went wrong" when I go to firefox dot com / pair. I need my phone shit synced to my tablet.

I have tried using the account menu to find "sync and save" in response to the prompt for the QR code on my desktop. There is an option that says sync but when I click it it does not open up a QR code reader.

Hi team, i was trying to import the account from desktop to android, tryied to scan generated qr code, but the phone is not reacting at all. Please help.

please, there isnt a "sync and save your data" option!! there is no qr scanner or use email instead prompt. just that MOCKING little "sync now" in account settings that does nothing!! PLEASE

For maybe a few weeks, I can't synchronise my account, I've tried to log out / log in multiple times but the "Synchronise now" button does nothing and the "Sync" one on the devices tabs just get stuck on "Synchronising..." but eventually does nothing. I can send a tab to Firefox desktop, but that's all. Both devices are logged on my account. I can't choose what to synchronise because it's greyed out.

Collections bookmarks on the Firefox for Android homepage. I have Firefox sync. I have many regular bookmarks. Collections bookmarks from Android or obviously not available or synced with my Firefox for desktop. Are they synced or backed up at all anywhere? I cannot find them other than inside Collections. If I uninstall Firefox on my Android, Google Pixel phone and reinstall it will everything in the homepage collections be lost?

Hi! I'm currentley switching over to fire fox and I am trying to sync my bookmarks from my laptop to my mobile phone. When I click "connect another device" in the settings, I get the pop up telling me to find "sync and save data" I hit the three dots at the top right of the mobile app and don't get the option at all. Thanks.

Hello I am facing a problem hope you can help me. I just factory reset my phone and install firefox again with my account but it didn't access or sync all my saved password.
