I signed into my account earlier today. I received one email from you with a code to insert. Once this was done I then received 2 notification emails acknowledging my having signed in. Recently I haven't been able to properly edit my bookmarks. I can't sort them into sub-folders when saving or editing them. The subfolders still exist, I just can't seem to add anything to them. And going further back picture-in-picture doesn't work. It works for another browser but all I get from Firefox is audio only. Solution?

I need to change some config settings to prevent some problems that corrupt the screen or crash Firefox on android almost every day. I found that using a Bluetooth reduces the frequency of these problems, but it still happens and is very frustrating.

Hello! I appreciate many niceties of the 148 update, but i'm having an issue resulting in many more tabs on Android mobile than I usually generate. When I search something and then want to sesrch the same query again using a different search engine (by selecting a different search engine from the tab bar menu) a new tab opens, leaving the query via the previous search engine open, and the current query of the current search engine in a new tab with focus. I'm aware that this behavior can be modified on desktop, but there is no such setting for android.

I would really love for this behavior to be reverted or optional, as it's made it so I need to clear out many tabs of duplicate queries (on different sesrch engines) and it makes me avoid using the built-in search engine switcher to prevent generating more tabs :( (which sucks because I have like 10+ custom searches and they're very useful!)

Unable to view the subfolders in the bookmarks folder when I add or edit bookmarks:

three vertical dot icon > bookmark page > edit > bookmarks > tap on ">" next to "bookmarks" to view the subfolders

This problem started happening after the latest update.

Create a Firefox addon that blocks AI search result summaries. They are intrusive and unhelpful. Mozilla Firefox have acknowledged the community's desire for less AI usage, and now is the time to put this into practice, by giving users tools to block AI during their browsing experience.

When starting firefox on android and pc, it will take a long time (in relation to other browsers) to display any webpage I gave set as default. Even Google search takes a long time to display. It's not the speed at which te page is loaded, is the time between the start of firefox and any action. Even the adresbar stays empty during this time as if firefox is stalled. I've installed a fresh Firefox instalation and removed all add-ons (recommended or not) and Firefox still start ms slow. On my pc I can see the cpu and ssd speeds and for a second of 15, while Firefox loads, the cpu usage seems normal (6 core with no other program using all cpu cores or without any cores above 15%) and the ssd (NVMe) isn't even above 1%.

And with the android version, switching temporary to another program (to look something up) causes the webpage te become blank or black and requires an refresh (for instance, if I switch to another app, this page will be blank, or back and all this text wil be gone because I have to reload thus page) it only affects the web pages, not Firefox itself (the menu an adresbar wil stil display correct) and the refresh, no matter how fast it loads after the initial firefox start, Will be as slow as if firefox is (again) starting.

I do not want to switch to another browser. Even with these annoying problems, but if these problems can be removed, I will enjoy firefox even more!

First, the Dark Reader extension does not work properly. Often, pages are displayed in black. I have to disable it. Second: X pages are not displayed (boring problem with strict mode) In both cases, I have no problem using Duck Duck Go.

Why does the mozilla not give my mobile the ability to synch the passwords? I mean it says that the camera used to sign in.lust be from the Firefox app itself but what is the firefox app if not the website on my mobile?

Whatever changes were implemented around start of March 2026 have made bookmarks almost completely unusable for me on Firefox Android. I have a set of bookmarks shared between my phone and my synced desktops, and they're all in folders within the Bookmarks Menu folder under bookmarks.

Since the change I mentioned, when I go to edit the folder a mobile webpage bookmark is in, it shows me the bookmark details, and when I click to change the folder, it shows me the Bookmarks Menu folder and the Bookmarks Toolbar folder and one other folder. Normally at this point I would expand the Bookmarks menu folder to see the subfolders and select one. But after I click on Bookmarks Menu it takes many minutes to expand (I don't know how long; I needed to do other things so I went away and came back to it) and many minutes to expand any lower layers in the hierarchy.

This is completely unacceptable. If you offer a bookmarks service, it should be possible to expand the folders of bookmarks within 3 seconds. It is completely impractical for it to take multiple minutes to expand each folder level, especially since Firefox always collapses all the folders before the next time I try to edit a bookmark folder.

Please fix this ASAP!!

I have downloaded Firefox for my default web browser. However I do not have a search bar unless I open up the app itself. How do I get a search bar without having to go through the app every time? Thank you for your help.

Hello, Android app settings for Firefox reports 1.43. GB of "user data". This excludes cache, which I have cleared. As I do most of my browsing on my desktop (as I am now doing), this firefox-under-android has been little used. I have 1009 browsing history addresses. I usually select "necessary cookies only". I have no extensions. All storage based site settings are set to "ask to allow": I don't allow. I have cleared cashed images and files as well as downloads. There appears to be no means in the Android app of managing cookies on a site-by-site basis. What can I do to minimise user data? Thank you for your attention.
