I want to disengage or switch off the Firefox VPN on my Mac. The O/S is Ventura 13.7.8. I do not want to use the VPN.

No icon/display panel anywhere (not showing in Customization of toolbar option either) to see usage, turn on/off, etc.??
The more countries to choose from would make me feel safer and more secure online, to protect my identity and computer safety.

I know the VPN is available in my region (the Firefox browsers at work all have the VPN icon), but once I enter my email and password for my Mozilla Firefox account, the icon disappears. What should I do?

I see that there is a free VPN in Firefox, however i have the latest version and there is no Icon.

I've been waiting and updating regularly and still haven't been offered the free VPN. I know it's still Beta, but would love to try it.
