Monday 8/31/2026 I could scroll in earthlink webmail. Today 9/1/2026 I cannot scroll. I did browser update and no change. https://webmail1.earthlink.net

Also, I get stuck on some sites or error yet I worked day before or earlier in day and then again worked later by even 1-5 minutes.

I use Ubuntu Linux on my laptop: this OS was updated two days ago, from 24.04 to 24.04.2. Since then I have been unable to access my daily favourite website. A banner showing ACCESS DENIED is displayed, citing "unusual activity". I have attached a screenshot. I have discovered that I CAN access the website in the Brave browser. But Firefox is my preferred browser. I have tried deleting browsing history, opening a Private Window, rebooting the laptop but nothing has worked. I do have some Firefox folders, on containing stored passwords, another containing a recovery file but I don't know how to safely proceed now. What is the best way forward for me to allow me to access my favourite website? Should I create an entirely new account and if I do would I be able to import all my passwords and add-ons, etc.?

When I go to my churches web site, the name line, password line and the sign in button don't show up. All I see is the picture of Jesus that I see on the top of the page when I use google.

My google maps session is on the Boutique Art retreat in Upper Hutt hills. but when i try to collapse the side panel to make more room for the map, it doesn't work.

The Earthlink webmail site does not allow me to scroll on my messages. It just freezes. I have refreshed , logged out and in several times, still doesn't work. The site works fine on Chrome but I prefer Firefox. How do I fix? All other sites on Firefox have no problems. Windows 11

I can open all the earthlink emails, but, the sidebar (and all other methods) do not move the email down to see the email. Earthlink Email works fine in Chrome, not in Firefox. I can see the email if I go to "view in browser" or in "print" mode. So the email is there, but Firefox is not responding. I have messed with lots of settings; done a refresh of Firefox (and I am still re-creating my personalizations). Did some update in Firefox disconnect from earthlink email? Although I have turned off some extensions, none of those seem to have had any effect.

How do I resolve scrolling issues (unable to scroll) on many websites. AI recommendations of clearing browsing history and cache have not been effective. Scrolling is possible using Google Chrome.

Good day. For the last week or so, I've not been able to access my banking website login page. I've tried in Chrome, it works, but I prefer not to use that browser. I can get to the primary website, but when I choose the log in page, I just get a blank page. I've not had this issue before and I've been using Firefox and the same bank for years. Do you have any suggestions as to how I fix this?

All of a sudden images don't load, flashing black/white, other browsers works fine, I've tried every ordinary suggestions, (can't login to gmail, other Google functions don't work). Seems to be something wrong with flash or other add-ons in Firefox, I haven't changed anything, just Firefox not working.

Two out of three banks/financial institutions that I deal with have said in the past week that if I want to use their websites, I should use Google Chrome. They don't outright say that they don't support Firefox, but that I will "get better results" if I use Google Chrome. Better results, like being able to login to their website (Bank 1: infinite reload of login page), or accessing some of their page (Bank 2: Some pages work, some say I have to sign in when I'm already signed in).

The communications with these banks occurred in the past week (Bank 1), and today (Bank 2). This was after months of their websites not working in Firefox.

While trying to use the bank websites: Windows 11, one year-old computer. Latest version of Firefox, 64 bit (150.0.0, then 150.0.1), "refreshened", cache cleared, cookies and site data cleared, Enhanced protection off, and Troubleshooting Mode off. Everything possible that can be done.

If banks don't want to make their websites usable with any browser other than Google Chrome, I can hate that, but I don't have a choice. I've used and recommended Firefox from its beginnings, but now I will have to give it up.

Maybe there is an easy way to keep everything synchronized between Firefox and Google Chrome so I can use one or the other in different situations, but it is frustrating for that to be necessary. There are other websites that I've encountered that have problems working with Firefox, but they were not necessary websites to use.

We have been using Firefox for a long time as our default browser. Recently (last 6 months +-) we have been encountering links in some websites that do not function in Firefox, but work fine with other browsers (Chrome, Edge). First noticed it with Wunderground Weather Underground after a Firefox update. Some aspects of the site simply did not work on our laptops. Since then we have encountered a number of other websites that have clickable links that do not work with Firefox, but work fine with other browsers.

We are losing confidence, to the point of considering switching default browsers.

Are others having the same issues, and what is Mozilla/Firefox planning to do to remedy these sorts of issues?

Bank of America: I can log in and get to the accounts overview, but as soon as I click on an account I'm kicked back to the login screen. The BoA phone app works fine and so does Edge.

When I login to a site where there are many widgets (windows) on the screen - the windows are all missing scroll bars. If I login under a different browser they are there. This happened about a week or so ago. It has to be a setting change in Firefox. Please advise.

The editing page on my marketplace account will not open. Everything else on Facebook does open. I've contacted Facebook/Marketplace multiple times and they can not find a problem. They told me to look into my browser information and see if the browser is the problem.

Firefox version 154 requires a second login after logging into Binance.US and a link to another page on the Binance.US website is clicked.

For example, upon logging in to Binance.US then clicking on the “Wallet” link in the dashboard, the Login credentials window pops up again requesting me to log in a second time. However, after entering the login username and password that second time and clicking the OK button, the webpage blinks and clears the username and password fields and refused to let me in. No matter how many ties I re-enter the login credentials, I cannot get to the Wallet page. Clicking the REFRESH arrow usually takes me back to my dashboard where I m still logged in to my account.

Other browsers do not give me this trouble.

Here is what I have done in attempt to troubleshoot this problem: 1) Turned off uBlock Origin 2) I turned off all popup blockers 3) I reset all cookies and cleared all other history, forms, etc. 4) Operated Firefox in Troubleshooting Mode 5) Refreshed Firefox 6) Uninstalled then reinstalled ver 154 and created a new profile from scratch.

None of the above steps changed anything in the Binance.US website behavior.

As a last result, I uninstalled ver 154, installed ver 153 and created a new profile for that version. The Binance.US website worked perfectly with the new profile. I next downloaded and installed my saved Firefox profile from the Mozilla backup service and everything continued to work as it should.

My next step was to take the working profile I had in ver 153 and perform an update to ver 154 from the Mozilla website. As soon as I completed that update, the Binance.US problem reappeared.

My conclusion at this time: I have returned to the previous version and will not be making any updates.

Binance.US is the only website where I have experienced this problem so far.

Any help would be appreciated.

I am having issues using the search functions on car rental websites for National, Enterprise and Alamo car rentals. I enter in all the needed info for location and dates, but when I search, I get an error message that says try again later. See attached screenshot. I am using Firefox 150 and Windows 11. Other car rental sites work fine and I've never encountered this issue before.

Suddenly, Firefox gives me a blank page when I try to log in to my bank and Caremark.com, my online pharmacy. I get no error message, just a blank page. I am using an ACER desktop. I am now using Brave to do my banking. Why is this happening?
