For the past few months every restart of Firefox disables LastPass. I did NOT have this problem previously. The version of LastPass is current (no updates found). I can go to Add-ons and the toggle is set to "on" but the icon in the menu bar is black. If I click the toggle off, then back on, LastPass comes on just fine. Why is Firefox disabling something that Add-ons says is loaded? VERY strange. Does NOT happen in Chrome. Thanks for any assistance. PITB!!!

I would like to change my password for Mozilla Firefox account. I am doing so because I have been notified of a password security breach. However, upon signing into my account via https://accounts.firefox.com/signin (it doesn't matter which device), I cannot change my password with the new one without the red-colored incorrect password window popping up. I know my signin is correct because I have just signed in using it. Whats the problem guys?

HI, I'm trying to move the text to below the picture as in the screenshot of the popup (black back ground) on the non-popup pages because the mobile is not in popup, and the text is blocking the artwork as well. Is there a section to move the text outside of the picture? Thank you!

Szukałam takiego czegoś w ustawieniach i firefox support, ale nie znalazłam nic co by pomogło w wyłączeniu blokady reklam. Czy mógłby mi ktoś pomóc i pokierować jak mogłabym wyłączyć blokadę reklam? I've been noticing that when I click History > Clear Recent history, after clicking and going back to History, it hasn't removed everything. I have Firefox on my Android phone which is set to clear history upon close. For for unknown reasons, its leaving sites from both desktop and phone apps after clearing.

I'm running Firefox v 115.9.1esr on my Mac.

Any ideas?

I'm running FF 115.8.0esr on MacOS High SIerra 10.13.6. (desktop). I generally sleep the computer rather than shutting down each day.

The problem - If I have restarted the computer or restarted FF, I can play video and audio OK. Mostly I will find that I can still play for a day or so (even having slept the computer). Then they stop. Opening a new window or a private window doesn't help, the only solution is to restart FF or the computer. All the while, I can get the same video/audio to play on Safari, and Apple iTunes is fine too. It doesn't matter what the source is - YT, Spotify BBC iPlayer, BBC Sounds and so on.

Would really like some help on this!

Until a few months ago I had a small icon on the right-hand end of the toolbar [the one with the URL in it] - After I downloaded a pdf to a file in Finder I could click on that icon & it took me straight to the downloaded pdf file in Finder. It was very convenient. It avoided having to go to Finder & find the recently downloaded pdf file myself so I could open it and read it. I don't know if it was an add-on or some other type of link: I just had the icon in the toolbar. Does anyone know what it was & where [or how] I can get it again?

Good Afternoon, I was looking at some images on Wednesday 28th Feb on Pinterest which I booked marked but when I tried to find them the following day they weren't there. I checked history and Library and restore. And the 27th and 28th Feb are missing. So I am thinking do I have two Firefox accounts and that's the reason the dates are missing ?. Is their anyway to find the two days I was browsing ?.

My question: what does this mean? Is my FF equal or older? And is a Mozilla account the same as a FF account? PLEASE help me, by explaining exactly what I'm supposed to do and HOW and reply in simple comprehensible language, I am NOT a tech/nerd/geek and already following all these numbers has given me a headache! Firefox crashes whenever I use ctrl v or right click, and pulls up a window that it crashed. Whenever I start it back up, it says it wasn't able to restore session, then restores it anyway after I press to restore it. Another thing is whenever I try and upload a file onto a site it crashes as well. I'm on Mac OS x 13 and reinstalling firefox hasn't fixed it. This is relatively sudden, it happened about around 3 days ago for the first time, and at the same time I noticed it happening certain sites also started giving me '502 Bad Gateway' errors. Does anyone know what's happening and how to fix it? Thanks in advance!

...when you do some of the solutions to this problem the copy-and-paste from either the vertical column or in Bookmarks manager it will copy the whole URL code as the title of the link and not what you renamed that link or its default name from its creator.

Is there a way to copy-and-paste the bookmarks WITH the already-created link names attached from the previous Firefox / Waterfox browser?

I just updated the Firefox browser and installed it successfully. When I tried to open the browser, I got a msg stating that the security of the page I am trying to open has not been verfied. Really don't understand that since it is the firefox browser and this came from Mozilla. How do I correct that?

Trying to sync my logins/passwords from my laptop to my desktop. It just doesnt work.

I have reset primary password, logged into both devices, selected sync on both devices. But it does not sync to desktop. Both machines come up in the Connected Services setion of my mozilla account.

When i try to manually enter logins & password on desktop list - it keeps asking me to enter my primary password (despite already being logged into firefox).

This is very frustrating so any help is greatly appreciated.
