bonjour , j'ai un problème avec le corecteur d'orthographe de firefox, la case Vérifier l’orthographe pendant la saisie est coché et quand j'écris pratiquement tous les mots sont surlignés en rouge et quand je clic droit sur un mot çela me donne une solution farfelue , par exemple si je clic sur pratiquement cela me propose : prearrangement merci de votre aide cordialement

sinhala language not in the list of translating languages but sinhala language can use for translated webpages and read them i tried to insert as you instructed but i couldn't do it pl. help me to get sinhala language translations

Every time I use translate I need to select the destination language. Am I missing something because this is really annoying. It's quicker to screenshot and use a third party translator which is frankly mad.

Hello,all, The built-in translation button in Firefox disappeared on the Reddit website.

Please add a fixed access key for the 'Translate button'. I also recommend introducing an automatic website translation function. Thank!

How can I control which languages are default in the translate tab module thing?

It always comes up with "Translate from Spanish, To English". And I have to manually choose every time, which takes up time.

I wish to have it defaulted as "Dutch -> English". I've already se the setting to "Always offer to translate" and "Always translate dutch", but I still have to do it manually sometimes.

Hello Mozilla Firefox Team,

I would like to request that Firefox include the Somali language for website translation.

I choose Firefox because I have been told it is more secure, but currently, it does not support Somali. This makes it difficult for me to read news and websites in my native language.

Adding Somali support would provide a better user experience for Somali speakers and improve access to online information. It would also encourage me and others to continue using Firefox as our preferred browser.

Is there a way to save the settings in the widget (see image)? It's very annoying that you have to constantly select it again, especially if you are on a long script. I put it on: Translate from Italian to English, and then it does remember for maybe one or two times, and then it falls back to English to Dutch. The tool itself is useful, but very annoying that it doesn't remember the settings. If it is somehow possible, please let me know how, cause I can't find it anywhere, or I just don't know how to do it. If it isn't possible, maybe it's an idea to add it to the widget?

Firefox’s built-in translation feature actively gets in the user’s way.

When translation is actually needed, it often does not offer the translation function at all.

Google sometimes links to Reddit pages that have been automatically translated into Korean by AI.

That specific page appears in Korean, but when you go back to the Reddit homepage, it appears in English.

However, Firefox’s built-in translator still recognizes the site as a Korean website.

Even though all the page content is in English, the translator incorrectly offers the option “Korean → English” instead of the correct direction.

There needs to be a shortcut or option that always translates “English → Korean” when the user wants it.

Firefox should not decide when to translate or which language to translate. That choice should belong to the user.

Additionally, a dedicated keyboard shortcut for translation is needed.

I used the built-in translator for a while, but the inconvenience became so significant that I gave up and reinstalled a translation add-on.

Is this the right place to post this suggestion?

translate wont work , i have 2 pc win 10 pro , same IP in china , on 1 pc is workking , but on the other one it wont , i did new install , refresh , disabled add-ons exc , my language set to english and i need to translate chinese intoo english please help thanks
