When I go to (seemingly) any Elsevier site, the browser tab immediately closes with no error or explanation. An example is this site:

With the latest update, some of the shortcuts that appear when I click on the address bar have changed. Now several of them are for websites that I don't use on a regular basis. Is there any way to remove them? Is there any way to add back shortcuts for sites that I do use on a regular basis?

Using Safari and Apple's Mail app on iMac. I have multiple desktops with some Firefox pages open in some of them. If I click a link in an email from desktop that does not currently have an open Firefox window, Firefox does open a new window on that desktop but instead of giving it the focus, the focus jumps to whichever Firefox window on another desktop most recently had the focus. If I use the keyboard shortcut Cmd-Tab to return to the Mail and then Cmd-Tab again to switch back to Firefox, Firefox then gives the focus to the newly opened window on that desktop. This is annoying and seems like a bug.

How do I get help if the community does not respond??

I've asked for help several times, but have had no responses. Everything appears in English in Firefox, as I would hope - except my bookmarks. I have tried all the settings, and all of the resets, and have even deleted the app and replaced it on my Macbook Pro. Nothing changes.

I'm on a Mac using Mac OS Big Sur, 11.7.10.

Videos will not play on Firefox, whether on Youtube, in social media, on websites, or whatever. Sometimes the video will play with no audio, sometimes I just getting a rolling wheel.

I have other functionality issues that may be related.

I don't want to close and restart all the time. I am considering changing to a new default browser over the issue.

If I switch to Chrome or Safari, the videos play fine. Which seems like my answer.

My firefox will not connect properly with the Bing Home page. It often provides a message "cannot connect" and when I click on that, it does. But yesterday, when I did that, all that came up was a screen with just a solid colour and the search bar on it. I used my Safari browser to access Bing, but I don't like using Safari. Hello, in the last couple of days I spent a lot of time deleting old accounts stored in "passwords" in my Firefox account and making sure no vulnerable passwords were still around. I did it from my Mozilla account, on a laptop.

When I was done with it, I signed out from my account on my Android Firefox app, and deleted all the cache and the data, to remove all the old password. Unfortunately, when I looged back in my Firefox account, the old passwords were still there and synced on my laptop as well.

So, is there any way I can undo that Sync? The problem is that now not only all my cleaning pointless, but I changed the password for many accounts and the Sync override it with the old ones.

I use Firefox app in macos, android and ipados. The bookmarks across them are not synching automatically. I need to press sync manuelly to do. All apps are updated, all settings look fine. Please help me synch bookmarks across platforms. Thanks a lot.

Is there a way to remove specific stories from appearing? I'm Canadian and do not wish to see what the US President has done in these stories. Google News has a hide feature for specific keywords. Does Mozilla?

I have been having issues with Firefox since the new update. It will work for 5-10 minutes and then cashes and freezes my Macbook. I then have to restart my entire system. I have always loved using Firefox but lately its more of a pain and have been thinking of changing,

I have a pop up that is coming through probably 50 times a day that I can not figure out how to get rid of, can someone help me? ITs a little notification the comes through in the top corner of my screen and its driving me nuts.
