As a longtime user of Firefox, I had a nice setup where after the start page, clicking on the Firefox icon would take me to a page headed "Firefox" in large letters. On that page I had placed the icons for my frequently used programs. Each of the small "icon boxes" had menus that would allow entering a URL so that when clicked, the desired app would open. I was exploring MS Bing, mostly because I like the pictures they put up each day. It looks as though a "new Improved" version of Bing brings along the new MS AI component. Together they seem to have removed my Firefox setup or hidden it where I can't retrieve it. By using Firefox settings, I was able to remove the Bing URL. Good riddance!, but can I retrieve my page of links to most-used programs? I don't know where to look for that. If I have to reconstruct it, how is that done. Or how can I start a replacement. I enter my username & password and nothing happens. This occurs when I use Dashlane AND also if I enter username & password manually.

I can access my account successfully using Edge.

When I used to take screenshots, they would be automatically named with the date, time, and part of the text captured regardless of language. A few days ago and with no reason I can discern, it now saves any non-English screenshots with something like this "Screenshot 2024-06-23 a[...].png" instead of "Screenshot 2024-06-22 at 08-02-28 Politics Policy Polit[...].png" (usual for English text and what I used to get with all languages) which means I have to manually rename screenshots. Does anyone know how I can fix this because I am working on a project with lots of screenshots for topics from different languages?

There is a folder on my Google drive called "Personality-provider". It has about 30 .json files. When is search "Personality-provider" on internet the results indicate this folder and files are associated with Firefox. A. Why are these stored on my google drive? B. Can I delete them from my google drive? C. What are these files? D. Are they necessary for me to have backed up? See images. Many thanks. Will

I need working versions of Firefox not messes like I have been getting recently. 127.1 lost most of my passwords and won't link to websites I use every day. This version is a mess. I have had to go through and reset multiple passwords, and can't login to websites I use every day. Check your updates before you release them. I know have firefox set to not upgrade automatically.

When pasting text into Outlook Online the text removes the preceding space. A minor inconvenience but it does mean I have to double space before pasting.

Also after pasting text I get a paste box that locks out any controls unless I click out of it or press ESC. (image below)

Text being copied from inside Outlook doesn't pop up the box.

This problem is only happening with Firefox as using a different browser (i.e. chrome at office) does not do either of the problems. Anyway to fix either option?

My master password no longer accepted. every time I try to use it {recently} I get a response please put your master password. It keeps asking me over and over with no result. please help. Thanks.

For over a year, I've used my Firefox browser to read the Kindle books. In the top right corner there should be six icons representing 1. Table of contents 2. Search 3. Reader settings (size of font and one or two columns) 4. Annotations 5. Add bookmark 6. Reader menu - this should have five dropdown items including "go to page" which is missing. It now only displays the first and the last, and I want to use "go to page" which is missing.

Another failure of going to the right page - when I log into Firefox on my desktop after browsing Kindle on my Kindle reader, Firefox is meant to go automatically to where I have been reading on the table. Instead it goes to the beginning of the book. That looks like the same problem - failure to go to the right page.

It works fine on Opera but I have to look up my passwords and type in the URL, whereas my Firefox browser shows Kindle along the top, and my password manager works for Firefox. So Opera is very inconvenient.

I guessed that my version of Firefox has become corrupted, but couldn't find how to re-install it.

After the last FF update, I can only connect to FF ... no other website! I did a system restore to an earlier date which seemed to make it worse. Absolutely zero content appears on any website I choose to go to. The tab shows the name of the website, however it doesn't "connect."

Please help me rectify this challenge. Thank you.

My computer (Windows 11) crashed while I was using Firefox--for the first time that I've seen, it did a full disk check. When booting back up, I was unable to use Firefox, since it said that my profiles.ini file was lost/corrupted.

After renaming the old file, I went back to the folder. It was easy enough to reinstall the add-ons that I needed, but I'm trying to get my bookmarks back. However, I can't seem to find them--the "bookmarkbackups" folders that come up are too new, and only one (the current one) has a file in it.

Any help will be appreciated! I'm not sure what I can do.

I am experiencing a significant issue with my website, which fails to load when accessed via Google Chrome. The website works perfectly on other browsers like chrome, Safari, and Edge.However, when attempting to Click here in mozila, the page remains blank and does not load at all. Additionally, I have noticed a persistent problem with reCAPTCHA. Even though I solve the CAPTCHA correctly, it repeatedly appears, preventing me from accessing the site. since the last update (firefox 127.0 or 127.0.1), i can't delete unwanted suggestion from autofil history anymore (the right search engine tool bar words with the clock icon or any website search bar) each time i want to delete the unwanted word, it reappear immediately after in the suggestion list.

I would like to review a listing of all the extensions recommended by Mozilla for FF. One would think a list exists somewhere. But my searching for recommended extensions have not yielded the anticipated results. I found an article on the recommended extension program, but no list. If the answer is obvious, forgive me, but I didn't see it.

Websites look extremely ugly because of the white borders surrounding icons. I've tried using CSS code I found on Reddit from posts that - I think - are related to my issue, but they proved fruitless.

What CSS/Setting do I have to disable to get rid of this?
