Firefox v13 does not work with Remedy 7.x

Firefox v13 causes two events when using BMC Remedy v 7.x. 1. The screen goes to black instead of refreshing each time a search is done. 2. The application no longer works correctly - specifically dropdown menus and date fields. a. Dropdown menus within application now show as scrollbars (left to right) and will not allow list pick or entry b. Dates are not properly formatted and show up as wierd dates and times.

We had to downgrade our users to v12 in order to use. Please address.

Try to disable hardware acceleration.

Getting similar errors. - Scroll bars appear covering the text area when the number of characters are greater than the visible text area. - When a pop up is popped up, the screen behind it goes black.
