When creating a new user account in Windows7, each new account starts with IE as it's only browser. Must a new Firefox browser be downloaded & installed for each user account which will have it's own bookmarks & etc.?

When creating a new user account in Windows7, each new account starts with IE as it's only browser. Must a new Firefox browser be downloaded & installed for each user account with it's unique bookmarks & etc.? Not wanting separates profiles within a user account, just the independent browser belonging to that user. Would also prefer a Chrome, Safari, and Opera browser for each user.
