They might come from your system in case of e.g. accessibility adjustments, but I imagine you'd see the same color in other apps too.

What happens if you restart into Troubleshoot Mode (via the Help menu), does only the theme get disabled and the color stays, or the color also resets to defaults?

I actually figured it out today. My added theme to Firefox was updated and changed the color to yellow. I contacted them and they are going to change it back. Thank you so much for your answer 🩷
