Version of Thunderbird (ESR128toRelease)
I think I updated from ESR to Release but I don't see where I can find the current version used on my computer.

You can find that by opening the menu (the ≡ symbol), click on Help → About Thunderbird
You will see the current version, as well as the release channel.
