Secondary / New Firefox Account - cannot open / cannot create

I would say this might go under the topic of Firefox Sync but I can't even get to that point.

Account Creation & Access:

1st - I thought I had a secondary Firefox account (xxxxefflxx@gmail.com) attached to my main one (xhxxxxxx1@gmail.com). I guess not because I could not switch between them.

2nd - I tried to create the account I thought I had with the email address I thought I had previously created with (xxxxefflxx@gmail.com). I could not do this either - all roads led to the error repeating -"Primary account email required for reset"- both when I wanted to either create the new account or access the old.

Please advise! Thx!
