Firefox vs Centurylink webmail

more options

Firefox version 85.0. Windows 10 64 bit. Cannot connect to Centurylink webmail (centurylink.net). Can connect to Centurylink home page (centurylink.net) but not the webmail login . Upon entering password to access Centurylink webmail from Centurylinks home page, I get redirected to a new URL which is nothing more than a blank page trying to load (https://redir.peridot.synacor.com/?to=zmail&u). Firefox used to work with Centurylink - no problem - all the time. I can access using Chrome or Edge.

Tried refreshing Firefox - no good. Disabled add ons - no good flushed cash, history etc - no good Tried adjusting cookie settings - no good Tried running in safe mode - no good Help?

Firefox 85 has compartmentalized site data more tightly: https://blog.mozilla.org/security/2021/01/26/supercookie-protections/

It's possible that change broke the hand-off of tokens between the various servers CenturyLink uses, but in that case I would expect you to get redirected back to log in again, so it's hard to explain just getting stuck.

Could you double-check that the redirect block is turned off:

(1) In a new tab, type or paste about:config in the address bar and press Enter/Return. Click the button accepting the risk.

(2) In the search box in the page, type or paste access and pause while the list is filtered

(3) If the accessibility.blockautorefresh preference has a value of true, double-click it to restore the default value of false

The value was already set to "False". Thanks

Hmm, hopefully someone else more familiar with Synacor mail will have some suggestions.
