Recent update of FF for Android to 79.0.5 - PfP "not yet available"

There are a number of add-ons "not yet available" with this automatic upgrade on Android. Password management add-ons should be high priority for support.

Add-on developer confirms that this particular one works. What is the reason for the non-support?

Is there a way to enable "not yet available" add-ons in the meantime? Especially if this is more policy related and not necessarily technical.
