You can try Firefox Private Network to see if that helps you but, ad blockers like Adblocker Ultimate, Disconnect, UBlock Origin, Ghostery, etc. might be more useful.

There are some add-ons that claim to block these sites, but there is only one that actually does what it promises to do :
