Yesterday I also got 'Bad Request' issue on Mozilla website. Just refresh the page and click 'Confirm' button when it asking to submit previous request again. It could solve that issue.

However, there should be some server side problem related to this matter.

A bad request usually means that there was a problem with a corrupted cookie that was send as part of the HTTP request headers. Clearing cookies and possibly the cache as well would fix this.
