Firefox will open a debug screen on the bottom when I start typing a website
After a windows 10 update, both Firefox and Chrome will go in debug mode after trying to type a address. It only happens when the browser is launched or hasn't been used in a while. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the browser and refreshed it. I have disabled all the add-ons and it still does it. I am currently running Windows 10 Pro version 1903.

What kind of debug screen do you get?
Can you attach a screenshot?

- use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot
Is it the same one that opens when you press the F12 function key (open developer tools)?
Yes it is the same as if you were pressing F12. I guess F12 is universal because it is the same command when using Chrome.
