I inadvertenly deleted Firefox from my PC how can I get it back

a message came up saying that my firefox shortcut was not working and did I want to delete it and, so I did. Now the browser is completely gone from my desktop. how can I install another firefox browser or restore the old one? I'm using my husband's laptop to send this message.

Hi, you appear to be using Win10, so if that is the same as the one in question, open the Start Menu and scroll through until you see Mozilla Firefox (you can also start Firefox from there); now drag the icon to your Desktop - doing that will not remove it from the Start Menu.

If you want it on the Taskbar; with Firefox running, right click the Taskbar icon > Pin to Taskbar.

If you are referring to Win7, go to Start Menu > All Programs, then right click on Mozilla Firefox > Send to Desktop.

In the unlikely event that you have uninstalled Firefox, you can download it from https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/
