I would like to access my Army Mail from https://web.mail.mil. How can I make this possible?

I really need to access my Email. When I put in the address https://web.mail.mil, and then press "OK" to accept accessing a government site, the following comes up. The website is secure, and I would like help of how to bypass and get Firefox to accept the website.

Hi   ! Please contact the owners of the website;   they should take care of this problem. Ask them to test in all modern browsers before deploying in future.
