I wanted to uninstall Firefox on my Xperia Z3 using the normal procedure in Google Play. This cause message regarding key chain stopped and directly reboot. The browser however works normal. So do I have to reset the phone to factory default? Proposals? Wait for an update first and try again?

Hi JUNorway, I understand on an Xperia Z3 device running Android 5.1 when trying to uninstall Firefox through the Google Play store that there was a keychain error. I am happy to help.

I have seen in the google forums that when other apps do this they recommend to remove and re-add the Google Account, however does this happen with all apps on the device?

Hi anf thank you. This problem is only telated to Firefox. It should be mentioned that I accidentally press delete all data button instead of clear buffer. By deleting account in Google Play I will miss the option to keep bought apps in case of reinstallation of OS right? Then I rather just ket it be as is. It should exist a repear installation tool as for software like e.g. Office for Windows.
