FF 42 in normal mode, with my add-ons and extensions enabled, the Trusteer Rapport icon is missing until I open a New Window then its there and my financial institution recognizes it. So I disabled all add-ons and extensions, closed 42 and restarted it and same problem. Starting FF 42 in its safe-mode does allow Rapport to work.

IBM Trusteer has been contacted and they seem to think that its one of the add-ons but if that were true why does it work in a new window but not on the initial loading of FF? Current Trusteer Rapport version should be 1507.84 which according to IBM does support FF 42.

I've tried uninstalling both FF 42 and Rapport, rebooting then reinstalling both correctly and problem still there. Using latest Kaspersky 14.0.0.614 AV and Java 8 build 66, both of which have no effect. Could one of the files in the FF install be corrupt some how?

I plan on updating to new pc, win 7 or 10 next year but need this fixed interim. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks
