Hello,

I have a ZTE OPENC cell phone, software version FFOS_FR_ZTE_OPENCV1.0.B03. The issue is that I have no date an time on the SMS (received and sent). It is very difficult to follow a conversation by this way. If useful, I turn off my cell phone during the night. I attach an exemple shown on my phone. Thanks in advance for the help. Patrick Salmon

Hi Pat_41,

I understand that you are having trouble seeing the timestamp on your SMS history in your Firefox OS device.

Depending on which version you are currently using, the timestamp feature may not yet have been implemented.

Please reply to this message with the following information:

  • What is the model of your phone?
  • What is the OS version and Build ID found in the Device Information page? Please visit this link if you need help finding the Build ID of your phone.
  • Who is your current cell phone carrier?

Please be sure to include as much detail as possible, including any websites that may exhibit this issue, and any error messages that you may be receiving, exactly as they appear. This will ensure that we have all the necessary information to investigate this behavior.
