Is it correct that the recaptcha function from Google often doesn't work in Firefox (Android, app version 147.0.2 and earlier)? Very often, when using Google search, the recaptcha's shown get into a loop and therefore that search client is useless.

Ik gebruik al jaren Firefox op Android en ben er erg tevreden over. Sinds ik mijn nieuwe Xiaomi 14 heb, werkt Firefox echter niet goed:

Het laden van websites duurt vaak erg lang.

Bij sommige sites moet ik de pagina meerdere keren verversen voordat deze correct wordt geladen.

In Microsoft Edge op hetzelfde toestel laden dezelfde websites snel en zonder problemen.

Mijn toestel draait HyperOS/Android 14 (nieuwste updates geïnstalleerd). Cache wissen en het uitschakelen van batterij-optimalisaties heb ik al geprobeerd, maar het probleem blijft bestaan.

Hebben jullie suggesties of bekende oplossingen voor dit probleem?

Hai, Ik ben een mega digibeet. Ik wil van die afschuwelijk ai af. Al een tijd geleden die cijverreeks voor google geplaatst, helaas werkt dat dus absoluut niet.

Nu wilde ik yahoo.com proberen. Las bij trosradar dat die ook nog zonder ai zoekt. Maar hoe vul ik dat in.

Ik loop al meteen vast bij 2e schermpje. Ingevuld. Naam; Yahoo Dan ?? Zal wel een of ander www moeten zijn maar welke? Dan weer een schermpje, wat?

En krijg tussen schermpje 1 en 2 in rode letters dat er iets overeen moet komen??

Sorry maar begrijp er echt niets van. Dus heeeeeel aub help?? Waar moet ik wat invullen.

Sorry ookal op een wat oudere leeftijd en doe mijn best om met al die digi dingen mee en om te gaan.

L. S. FIREFOX als zoekmachine instellen lukt niet. In het voorbeeld 'ecosia etc' komt de resulterende URL niet in beeld. In beeld : HTTPS//: www.ecosia.org. Kan Firefox niet eenvoudiger worden ingesteld?

Recente fotoos die ik van mijn telefoon naar mijn tablet emailde hebben opeens deze extensie. Na downloaden. Email loopt op beide apparaten via firefox. Dus ik kan ze niet openen. Ik kon altijd op m'n mobiel m'n bladwijzers inspecteren in twee groepen: Bladwijzers Mobiel en Bladwijzers Desktop. Op m'n desktop staan ze nog steeds gescheiden. Sinds kort (2 weken?) staan ze op m'n mobiel als 1 groep bij elkaar. De subindeling die ik op m'n desktop gemaakt had (Sport, Financiën, Pers etc) kan ik op m'n mobiel niet meer herkennen (gelukkig zijn ze op m'n Dell gebleven). Ik synchroniseer me rot maar krijg de handige indeling die ik op de desktop heb niet meer te zien. Hoe kan ik dit herstellen?

Wil een snelkoppeling toevoegen (Android smartphone), bijvoorbeeld; Telegraaf.nl maar met 'Toevoegen aan startscherm' maakt hij er webapplicatie van en kan ik niet meer bij de taakbalk, die is verdwenen. Dit probleem heb ik al een halfjaar. Lijkt wel of de oude snelkoppeling toevoegen is verdwenen, ik kan deze optie ook nergens meer vinden.

Sinds kort is de sortering van de bladwijzers omgedraaid (dus de laatst toegevoegde staat bovenaan) en ik kan niet vinden hoe ik dat kan wijzigen. Kunnen jullie me helpen?

Hi! I have noticed that Firefox on my Android 14 phone is consuming most of the energy from the battery of all apps. I have no addons installed or anything crazy like that. Please see the attached screenshots. In the screenshots you can also see the amount of minutes Firefox is used, this is really low (compared to other apps).

I am wondering why Firefox always shows up as the most consuming app. Is there anything I can do to investigate? Or is there anything wrong with Firefox itself?

I have this "issue" for a couple of Firefox updates already. Also a reinatallation of the app does not "solve" it. The issue goes away after a reinstallation for a while, but eventually comes back. I always make sure to properly close down Firefox when I am done browsing, with no active tabs left open (I close them).
