I have been having an issue, since just before the update to 100, where Google sites stop responding. Gmail will display banner at the top "OOPS - The system encountered a problem...", Google search from the search bar will do nothing, Google Maps will not load and any google web page will not load or refresh. Closing Firefox and restarting it will fix the issue, temporarily. At first I thought it was any web page, but I have tested other search engines and web pages, using Firefox while the Google pages are unresponsive, and it is limited to Google pages. I can open the affected Google pages with Edge, while Firefox is still "locked out".

Has anyone else noticed this issue?

Could you add a option of closing tab with <kbd>Ctrl</kbd>+<kbd>w</kbd> to the advanced preference?

Also, I realized that:

Are such searches controlled via Firefox? If so, do I need to change a Firefox setting to overcome the problem?

For some reason my Bookmark Tool Bar no longer displays anything. It is a blank strip across the top of the screen. However all of my bookmarks can be displayed on the right or left side of the screen in a vertical format. I can not find a way to repopulate the original Bookmark Tool Bar and find the current display very awkward give the number of bookmarks I have on file. Is this a result of an intentional upgrade or software failure?

unable to see cast option on few websites like most websites. I tried to install the fx_cast option where I can see the cast icon now, but when I play youtube videos and click on cast button (fx_cast), its not detecting my google chromecast. Google chromecast is detected in edge and chrome browsers, but why is my TV not detected in firefox. Like I cannot see the cast icon on many websites where I see the cast icon on edge and chrome browsers, the icon itself is missing in many websites. Please make sure the wireless TV is atleast detected in firefox browser. I have tried so many changes and it does not detect my wireless tv or does not show my chromecast tv signal. Something is wrong with your browser, its not working fine. I have enabled the flag casting in the browser about:config as well. Appreciate it if you can please fix it asap as the streaming is abs fine in firefox browser and the same website runs slow in chrome and edge, which is why I need to use firefox to cast to my tv. Appreciate your help in this regards.

I sometimes fat finger ctrl+shift+w or ctrl+shift+q which closes the browser instead of just closing the tab which I indented.

Is there a way to disable these 2 key binds?

My camera was working with this browser before and now it won't work. I have got to get some documents notarized and it requires facial recognition with my camera.

So, YouTube sound doesn't work, and only YouTube, i already checked similarly posts but none of them helped, the sound plays for a fraction of second then just stop, if i click the player to like skip to a certain time frame of the video it plays the sound... for a fraction of second again... i don't know what to do. I am trying to create a new Firefox account with it's own email to be separate from this Firefox account I am posting from. However, every time I try to follow the "sign up" buttons I get redirected to the login page where I enter what I want as the new account info and receive a "Primary email account required for sign in" The email I'm trying to use for my new account is NOT registered with Firefox and I am using a freshly installed version of the browser on a new PC so no extensions are interfering.
