I have been playing videos with no problem using FF since the last time I had to update Adobe Flash player (which always shows up in a blank Download Manager). Anyway I tried Refreshing FF and it came up as 32 bit version (not sure if it had been 64 bit before or not) but still didn't work. Checked Silverlight and it is up to date and so is Adobe Flash Player so updated to 64 bit FF but still having trouble with some of the videos. I especially use the service provider at https://www.wwgoa.com but I can no longer play their videos. Youtube videos and these 2 content providers work: http://elitedaily.com/video/ and here http://www.sportsnet.ca/videos/but other sites do not always work.

Can we either get an advance notification of an update to firefox? We are running a WSUS server but do not plan to extend patching support into and other 3rd party platfo… (meer info)

Can we either get an advance notification of an update to firefox? We are running a WSUS server but do not plan to extend patching support into and other 3rd party platform this year, but updates are really causing problems with a Cloud platform that we use. If there was a way to get some sort of e-mail notification, we can at least plan for it and get the updates done before our users jump on their PCs...

The tech note at https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Tools/Responsive_Design_Mode shows a GIF anim of how to add a custom device and user-agent. There should be a button called "Add Device" under "Edit List" but I don't have this.

I've restarted with add-ons disabled, refreshed FireFox, all without any luck. Is there a setting I'm missing?

I can't sign in and didn't get an email to reset password any of 3 times I tried using desktop with win 10

I received a message that Firefox could not update in my pc but I could do it manually. When I tried, a message said password was incorrect. When i indicated I wanted to reset the password a message indicated e mail would be sent. It did not arrive either of 3 times I tried it. I was using the account I set up for support.

I have a different account I set up to sync Firefox to my tablet which uses my email account as a user name and a different password than I used for the support account. Perhaps this is the problem and maybe I should have tried signing in with that one?

I have sinmce installed Firefox 64 bit and uninstalled the32 bit program after the log in issue and have not tried to sign in since. I guess the main question is, should I continue with a support log in account and a separate one I used to sync to my tablet? If not, will one work for both and if so, which should I use? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.
