I'm in a regional office. Corporate uses Kerio Connect 7.0.0 for email. Today 5/7/10 I started having problems whenever I open an email of ANY type, I can view it in viewing pane, but double clicking it gives me the message "Firefox prevented this site from opening a pop-up window." NOBODY ELSE in my company has had this problem (I have had it happen a few times in the past, but not ALL emails like today!). I am on my own in a regional office, so guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I have many screens open with many tabs. FF Pull down "Window" only lists the 1 tab active on each window. I have to go to that window to read & find all my other tabs on it. Example: I have a tab with an audio open among others on one of many similar windows. Suddenly it starts audio and I want to quickly silence it. But I can't find it until I search each individual window. Surely someone has been thusly plagued and has a solution. You will be thanked.

i'm trying to update from 3.2, but when I try to transfer the download to the application folder I get the message, "The operation can’t be completed because you don’t have permission to access some of the items."

I opened Firefox & was told it had automatically updated to 3.5 (yes that is what it said). ALL my bookmarks, my bookmarks toolbar and my other two toolbars are GONE, my personalized home page is GONE. How do I get them back? VERY frustrated with Firefox which has been crashing a LOT lately, and several other updates have taken away my personalized home page. Why can we not keep these even tho you update?? Loosing my bookmarks is NOT ok with me. My Xmarks and delicious are Missing... HELP!

Hi there, I have one question about firefox popup menus. At some site I'm clicking a link, and popup window appears. This is good because the site does notify that to work properly popup windows must be allowed in firefox. So the window appears, but with wrong chars coding, so I want to change it accessing View->Text Coding, but the problem is that the popup window doesn't contain any menu bar at all, it also has'nt any tool bar... the only thing that is showed in this window - the text, that the page contains. So how do I can make that popup window look normal (I mean it has to show menu bar, tool bar, and all other elements of firefox window) so I can change the text coding?

my service provider is giving me 40kbs speed but i am receiving 3kbs speed when i am downloading any content

I made a spelling error in my signature block. I corrected this and hit save. When I got out and went back in, it wasn't saved. How do I fix this?

when I'm playing poppit on pogo.com this full page pop-up appears wanting me to joing Club Pogo. I have to interrupt my game and go back and try again to access Poppit.

I downloaded 3.6.6. Now what do I do next? I cannot find the areas you mentioned to find out what version I now have. Do I have 3.6.6 yet? I do not like video instructions.

Ever since I switched windows 7, I've had trouble with firefox remembering my username and passwords. Any help?

I'm on a new Mac Mini running 10.6.4, bought in January and loaded with what I assumed was the latest version of FireFox--what I have is 3.5.2. I know I upgraded at least once since January

When I try to download 3.6.8, it says that I "don't have access to some of the items."

I don't think I've downloaded any plug-ins or anything that should trigger this. I have done a bunch of the standard upgrades that Microsoft incessantly sends out to fix problems in the Office suite. Haven't added any new applications. Can't figure out the problem. HELP!

The advice in this link( http://portableapps.com/support/firefox_portable#performance) did not solve the problem of firefox being slow, it simply added the hassle of having to sign into every site, every time I go to any page on any site where I would normally sign in once and be done with it, or stay signed in permanently(like my email). I just want to know how to undo it, because just doing the opposite doesn't do it.

Error message - " The update could not be installed. Please make sure there are no other copies of Firefox running on your computer, then restart Firefox to try again". This message pops up EVERY time that Firefox is starting. There is NEVER another copy running. How do I stop this happening?

I have checked the properties on my icon which show: "C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe" but when I click the icon I am directed to: http://www.mozilla-europe.org/en/firefox/customize/

I go to Tools > Clear Recent History > check cache and select "Everything" and click on clear now. The screen just disappears, so I don't know if the cache actually cleared, but I suspect it didn't.
