I have the subdomain www as a different IP address as my domain name. Even after setting browser.fixup.alternate.prefix to false in about:config, Firefox keeps adding www. to my domain name. After searching google for a solution, it seems this workaround in about:config worked back in 2017, but doesn't seem to work for me with the newest Firefox. Any other solutions? Internet Explorer does not have this issue for me.

I am trying to use netflix on firefox-esr on linux. The documentation said that "Google Widevine CDM" is supposed to be installed automatically (like "OpenH264") but it is not. This module is not installed and can't be find on addons.mozilla.org I can't find nether the option DRM to tick or untick in my settings.

Do you know where I can find this plugin and how to install it please ?

I'm using FF browser since many years And I'm very happy, but now using Meet I cannot find a valid Grid extension in order to manage partecipants viewing during meeting. Which is the best extension and it should ne setting in order to customize view? Please considering that I'm using some restrictions: Privacy Badger, Ghostery, AdBlocker, AdGuard. While printing I would prefer to have User defined pages (instead of ALL) as default. Is there any way to set this selection as default? Truly minor issue but would be quite nice. Thx for any advice.

Hi, after resetting my Firefox browser, every time I try to print something, I get this popup which is different than it used to be. In addition, the Color Mode dropdown doesn't work, as it will only print in color instead of selecting black & white. I would like to go back to the older popup which is shown in second image which works correctly and has more options.

How do I turn on the pop-up blocked message? When the message came up I clicked on Do not show this message again. I want this message to show when Firefox blocks a pop-up so I can allow the pop-up if I want to.

I've read also that you can go via the status bar to fix this but I can't get that to show either. Please help!

This was never a problem on Windows 10. I can zoom in and out while using the mouse scroll

For some reason on LINUX, I can't zoom in and out without holding down the CTRL key (and mouse scroll).

How can I make it work like the Windows version?

When I click on a story link, the initial video at the top of the story will load, but nothing below it. No pictures will load, nothing for links to Instagram, Twitter etc. All I see is a blank square, with "loading lines" scrolling through... I prefer Firefox, but use Safari now, because it doesn't have this loading problem. What can I do ro resolve this issue? Thanks....

Every time I start my Windows 10 PC, Firefox opens automatically. I tried all the recommended fixes (config:about, etc.) but nothing works. Firefox is NOT in my startup folder. Please help me. This is driving me nuts! Thank you!

Both in Preferences and Right-hand Corner of Menu Bar ... Three Horizontal Bars Options - Restore Previous Session is 'greyed out' so I can't check it!.

Hello, i would like to remove or move option (Email Image) from right mouse button menu. I always missclick on email image instead save image, i work with a lot of images. For example chrome does not have it but i like mozilla more. Can anybody help ? Thanks for answers

I am unable to use my microphone when on ZOOM as I am told that Firefox is preventing it. I have tried the steps in 'how to get Firefox to allow use of the microphone', but I do not get the drop down menu that clicking on the padlock ( suggested) offers. Every few days, my firefox homepage settings and options reset to factory defaults. I normally have about 8 pages that open EVERY time i create a new window and its frustrating to have to manually re-add them to the homepage every few days. I use the 'options' , 'homepage', 'use current pages' to set these up. I am running the latest version 85.0.1. I have seen other threads on this topic and so far none of those suggestions have helped.

I have selected 'use custom setting for history' option and checked last three option too. In setting of history setting I also ticked on 'browsing and downloading history'. So Firefox should clear my browsers history when I close it. but it doesn't. Please help me with this. I am using latest version of Firefox on windows10 if this does matter.
