I am told to use Mozilla because of a probelm with IE
I cannot get your browser to work for my gmail account.
I have done every thing your help say to do and nothing works.
Mozilla is a huge WASTE and you can shove your browser

Hi,

Two things you can do for me.

1) There's probably something wrong with your Firefox setup. Your System Details looks very light. Can you start by giving us the troubleshooting information from the Firefox installation that's having problems. This is an essential step in troubleshooting.

  • Click the Firefox button at the top left, then click the Help menu and select Troubleshooting Information from the submenu. If you don't have a Firefox button, click the Help menu at the top and select Troubleshooting Information from the menu.

Now, a new tab containing your troubleshooting information should open.

  • At the top of the page, you should see a button that says "Copy text to clipboard". Click it.
  • Now, go back to your forum post and click inside the reply box. Press Ctrl+V to paste all the information you copied into the forum post.

2) Clear your cache and cookies (for the affected site) to see if that makes a difference.

Clearing Cache

  1. Press 'CTRL/CMD + SHIFT + DEL
  2. Select "time range to clear" to Everything
  3. Expand the "Details" by clicking the Arrow
  4. Uncheck everything except Cache
  5. Click Clear Now

Clearing Cookies

  1. Go to the orange Firefox button > Options > Privacy > Remove individual cookies
  2. Search for the site you are having issues with and click Remove Cookies
  3. Restart Firefox and try again
