I've been using firefox for a really really long time, i notice that it is happining when I use any flash video , website, game especialy when enter to youtube , i got these shockwave errors. I can't recall downloading anything and I must have uninstalled and reinstalled the flash player at least many times. It's honestly starting to frustrate me. I love firefox, but if the browser refuses to work, I probably won't be using it for much longer. I tried every thing that I found in this forum but it is unusefull to me .

I realize that the crash reports with the bp have reports that have been submitted, however to get a better understanding of the recent crashes, can you please submit those as well so we can confirm that it is not crashing for multiple reasons? There was an update today to version 28 and would love to see if this has made improvements. Firefox crashes - Troubleshoot, prevent and get help fixing crashes

hello what you mean by bp ? I already post recent crashes i update it to 28 version but still have this problem
Crashes or other problems with certain multimedia content in Firefox (such as Youtube videos and Flash animations or games) can often be resolved by performing the steps in these Knowledge Base articles:
On Windows Vista and above, you can disable Flash protected mode by following the instructions on these pages:
(See this Adobe blog post for technical details about Flash protected mode.)
Hope this helps!
Misho, The list of crash signatures is really helpful, however the signatures that start with 'bp' are the only ones that were submitted for review. To better troubleshoot the crashes in version 28, a signature of a crash with "bp" at the beginning would help better investigate. The three most recent have crash signatures that I cannot look up in crash-stats.mozilla.org. If it continues to crash after the troubleshooting steps provided by Curtis, please let us know.
The other unfortunately part is that the crash reports above are not flash crashes, they are crashes in the Firefox user interface.
What the unresponsive plugin warning means and how to fix it may be a good place to find more troubleshooting steps as well.
Please post back if it continues to crash. I have also provided the steps to submit a crash below: We're sorry to hear that Firefox is crashing. In order to assist you better, please follow the steps below to provide us crash IDs to help us learn more about your crash.
- Enter about:crashes in the Firefox address bar and press Enter. A Submitted Crash Reports list will appear, similar to the one shown below.
- Copy the 5 most recent Report IDs that start with bp- and paste them into your response here.
Thank you for your help!
More information and further troubleshooting steps can be found in the Firefox crashes - Troubleshoot, prevent and get help fixing crashes article.

I am still have the same problem maybe it happend cuz i have windows xp with core to do 1 giga memory ? although it is not use much memory !!!
there is any chance that it is the problem ?
Hey, the signatures on the crashes are "plugin Foxit Reader Plugin for Mozilla Version:22.214.171.1243 Filename:npFoxitReaderPlugin.dll " as well as Shockwave Flash.
Please disable these plugins and see if the issue continues.
It is also possible to disable hardware acceleration for flash. Some problems with Flash video playback can be resolved by disabling hardware acceleration in your Flash Player settings. (See this article for more information on using the Flash plugin in Firefox).
To disable hardware acceleration in Flash Player:
- Go to this Adobe Flash Player Help page.
- Right-click on the Flash Player logo on that page.
- Click on Settings in the context menu. The Adobe Flash Player Settings screen will open.
- Click on the icon at the bottom-left of the Adobe Flash Player Settings window to open the Display panel.
- Remove the check mark from Enable hardware acceleration.
- Click Close to close the Adobe Flash Player Settings Window.
- Restart Firefox.
This Flash Player Help - Display Settings page has more information on Flash Player hardware acceleration, if you're interested.
Does this solve the problem? Let us know.

You did try to disable the hardware acceleration in the Flash Player as well as disabling hardware acceleration in Firefox?
- Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"
I try it and its did not worked i still have the Unresponsive Plugin - shockwave message ;-( special when I am watching flash vedios
The script that you have linked to, is that a layout running on that sepecific page? What happens if you block that script temporarily in the browser with ad block plus?

No these are double the requirements of Ram http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/.../system-requirements/ unless you are running other programs at the same time that also use alot of memory? Flash requirements are 512 as well http://www.adobe.com/products/shockwa.../tech-specs.html
still the same problem and got this message from AVG anti Virus (attached file ) .
thats it good bye firefox and welcome chrome ;-(((((((
thank you all for trying to help me ;-)
There apparently is no solution as this is september 2014, the problem still exists on varying operating systems, and ADOBE can do nothing !
