When I start firefox, it loads my home page,msn.com. But then it automatically loads another page,http://www.bing.com/rewardsapp/reportactivity?FORM=MSNREW, and goes to it.This is just a blank page. I want to get rid of this other page loading. It has something to do with bing but I want nothing to do with bing. How do I get rid of it? I don't know how it is loading as it is not listed in my home page startup.

Everything seems fine now. I noticed it stopped when I disabled the plugins. However, the strange thing is, I reloaded them and everything is still ok. That other page still doesn't come up any more. Strange.. Thanks for the input!!!

Try restore you Home Page:

Try start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if this problem is caused by addons:

Also you can go to about:config and search for browser.startup.homepage change its value to:

about:home - default home page
about:blank - a blank page
url - a link that you want

Problem: Annoying pop-up - Do you want to open or save reportactivity.js

To Prevent ReportActivity Popup in Mozilla Firefox

1. Add Adblock Plus

2. Open MSN.com

3. Click on Adblock Plus icon

4. Select "open blockable items..."

5. Right click each line that has bing.com in it.

6. Select "block this item"

7. When "Add Adblock Plus filter rule" menu pops up

8. Select "Add filter" button.

The above procedure should work whenever you go to MSN.com site with a browser that works with Adblock Plus.
