Why did my text on screen become tiny all of a sudden? I have restored it but I want to know why this happened?
Why did the font on my text suddenly become so tiny? Please NOTE that I have corrected this problem but I want to know why it did it in the first place as I have scoured the internet and cannot find the answer?

Sounds that you zoomed a page by accident.
You can have done that via Ctrl and - or by holding down the Ctrl key and rotating the mouse scroll wheel.
Reset the page zoom on pages that cause problems.
- View > Zoom > Reset (Ctrl+0 (zero); Command+0 on Mac)

Thank you COR-EL for that information. It makes sense that I most likely did accidentally touch the Ctrl button by mistake at the same time as scrolling with my mouse. I was, at the time scrolling down through a blog when it happened.
